Who We Want

We both want and need folks to get involved. First of all, how can we create and evangelize a company culture if nobody's playing? And secondly, the more quality help we have, the greater our success will be. It's just that, unlike at most companies, we want to share the wealth.

We are looking for people who:

Ideally, are geeky enough to really dig the internet. We honestly think the internet is totally cool. We get all excited about new websites. We'd like you to feel the same way.
Ideally, are positive, big-thinking, entrepreneurially-minded people who just don't want to go it alone.
Required: Aren't afraid of a company culture where actual contributions are what's important and what gets rewarded, and want to do more than pass time looking busy in a cubicle.
Required: Share our company vision and the philosophy of 'Joy at Work' and will hold those ideals paramount.
Required: Are self-motivated and can work completely alone, from home or a coffeeshop, yet are eager to cooperate and collaborate with the rest of the company.
Required: Can offer us skills in web development, excellent writing skills, wisdom in web marketing or business strategy, or ideas for new projects - or just aren't too good for some grunt work.
Required: Can tolerate the risks inherent in a start-up, and like the idea of working in a company where your salary will fluctuate according to the success of the company and your own contributions, with neither an upper nor a lower limit.
