We think DOMITECH will be different from any other employer you've had. Call us crazy, but we believe the following things:
You should have a full and rich life that does not revolve entirely around your job.

Your work should be worth doing on general principle.
No, not every project can be deep and meaningful, but you should generally be able to take pride in the work you're doing. If it doesn't make peoples lives better, if we can't really believe in it, why do it?
Your job responsibilities should be appropriately challenging, varied, and interesting, and you should be able to develop new skills and pursue new opportunities.
Not much is worse than daily drudgery and monotony, or knowing that your skills or talents are going to waste. At DOMITECH, it's safe to tell us that you're bored or restless, and we'll see what we can work out together.
You should be well-compensated and rewarded for investing so much of your life into a job.
At DOMITECH, we plan to offer a radical profit-sharing plan which will give you the opportunity to achieve early financial freedom along with us, the owners. More details to come! Plus, we pay out full sales commission to any consultant who brings in work for us, and we repay a generous share of profits to any consultant who comes up with a profitable idea.
You should be able to be yourself at work.
DOMITECH encourages all consultants to be comfortably "out" at work in whatever way applies to them and to express themselves creatively in their choice of attire and office decoration (once we have offices). Read more >>
Your workplace should be comfortable and safe and your employer should support your good health in every possible way.
This won't really apply to DOMITECH for a while simply because right now all positions are telecommute positions. But we're excited about the kind of offices we're planning to create once it becomes necessary. Read more >>
